Ayo is a Chartered Accountant turned award-winning Master coach, helping corporate leaders achieve exponential results. He is an investor and serial entrepreneur with interest in consulting, e-commerce, and publishing. He is the author of the bestselling book ‘Goldmine of Your Mind’ and keynote speaker of note. He is currently advisor to companies in Real Estate, Pharmaceuticals, Health and Wellbeing, Technologies, Franchises, Sports etc.
Hobbies include charity work, sports, entertainment, public speaking etc.

Clive is a consultant and coach for the hospitality business. Having 40 years’ experience primarily as a chef and earning a Michelin star at age 25. He went on to work alongside some of the country’s leading chefs. He began a consulting company after answering calls for help. He is an empowering leader and extremely dedicated and passionate about his craft. His clients have ranged from large multisite restaurant groups to independent boutique hotels. Professor Christian Harrison

Consultant

Christian Harrison is a Professor of Leadership and Enterprise in the University of Bolton. He is the Director of the Centre for Leadership and Empowerment in Greater Manchester. He is also leading the Research Excellence Framework (REF) for Unit of Assessment 17 in the Business School. Prior, to joining University of Bolton, he was a Reader in Leadership and the Chair of the Staff Forum for Research of the University of the West of Scotland, United Kingdom. He graduated with a First-class degree in Pharmacy and practised as a pharmacist, assuming managerial positions before moving into the field of Management

Annette Ruth Pearson

Annette Ruth Pearson has worked in the education sector for over 35 years, both as a senior leader and a middle leader. During a career break, and to compliment her educational skills, she trained as an accredited master coach specialising in the areas of conflict resolution and mediation, linking them to holistic wellbeing. She is the author and co-author of several books in the area of female empowerment and wellbeing. She took these skills to a higher level and is the founder of Listening to Your Voice Publishing.
